If you are trying to log into Manta but cannot do so because you no longer have access to that login method, we must delete your old account completely in order for you to be able to create a new account.
Before account deletion, please be sure to cancel any subscription that may be active under your account. You can cancel your subscription directly through your app store. Alternatively, you can also cancel your subscription with a Windows PC device by following the directions below:
• Cancel Manta subscription for App Store purchases (PC Windows)
• Cancel Manta subscription for Google Play Store (PC Windows)
Once your subscription is cancelled, send us a request here for your account to be officially deleted. You will be able to create a new account once this step is finalized.
