Oh no! This is likely due to a server connection error between our app and your respective app store. Could you please kindly try the following steps below?
For iOS:
Please try deleting the app completely from your mobile device, restarting your phone, and try re-installing the app!
For Android:
We’re going to try clearing the cache for Google Play Store:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on Applications.
- Scroll down and select Google Play Store.
- Select Clear Data.
- Now select Clear Cache.
After you follow these steps, please try deleting the app, restarting your device, and re-installing the app.
If this didn’t help solve the problem, let’s try re-authenticating your Google account details on your Android device:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on Accounts.
- Select Google where you can see your current Google account
- Select your account and Remove your Account
- Then add back your Google account
- Restart your device, re-install Manta, and try again.
Please also go to Settings > Apps and ensure that Google Play, Google Play Services, and Google Framework all have permissions turned on!
