Want to make sure your Membership has been successfully canceled? Check by following the steps below!
On the App
- Open the “More” page by clicking on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the Manta app.
- You will see your Membership information, and it will show the status as “Canceled” written in red if you have canceled your Membership successfully.
For iOS (App Store)
- On the App Store app, click on the "Account" icon in the top right corner.
- Click on the "Membership" menu.
- Click on “Manta: Comics & Graphic Novels"
- If it says “Your Subscription will expire soon” in red letters, it means that your Membership has been canceled and will end soon. Also, if there is a “Restart” option at the bottom of the page, it means that your Membership has been canceled! On the other hand, if there is a “Cancel Membership” button, it means your Membership is still active, and you can cancel your Membership by simply clicking on that button.
For Android (Google Play Store)
- On the Google Play Store app, click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Click on the "Payments & Subscription" menu.
- Click on the "Subscription" menu.
- If you see the "Restart" button, it means your Subscription has been successfully canceled!
On the Web
- If you haven't already, sign into your account and click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
- Click on the “Manta Membership" banner underneath your account email address.
- Click on the purple “Manage” icon.
- If you do not see a “Cancel Membership” button, it means that your subscription has been successfully canceled.
