In accordance with our Terms of Service, all payments are final and are not eligible for a refund.
Membership
You can cancel your Membership plan at any time, and you will continue to have access to your Membership through the end of your billing period. Membership automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Membership fees are final and non-refundable.
Gem Purchases
All gem transactions, including Gem fill-ups and unlocking of content (such as episodes, chapters, or volumes across comics, novels, and manga), are final and non-refundable.
