1. Why do some Gems have an expiration date while others don’t?
The Gems that you have earned through promotional events have expiration dates as they’re part of limited-time offers.
We've recently updated our Gem box system to differentiate Gems based on their expiration dates. You can check how many of your Gems have an expiration date by following the steps below:
- Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner to access the More section
- Click on the Gem box underneath your profile
- Check how many are Gems “with an expiration date”
2. How can I get the best deal on Gems?
- When you fill up your Gems, we gift you additional Gems according to the number purchased, making it more beneficial to fill up a larger amount at a time. We also have a STARTER PACK, which is a one-time offer for your first Gem fill up. To find these Gem bundles, go to More and click on the “Fill up” button.
- We would like to inform you that you can choose to fill up Gems at a lower cost directly from the web (https://manta.net/en). These Gems can be used to buy titles in the app just the same!
