If your Membership isn’t showing up, don’t worry—this usually happens for two reasons:
- Your payment might still be pending and hasn’t been fully processed yet.
- You might be signed in with a different account than the one you used to start your Manta Membership.
Follow these instructions to get it sorted:
Step 1: Check Your Payment Status
Before troubleshooting further, please confirm that your payment has been successfully completed. Sometimes, the transaction may still be processing, which can delay subscription activation.
- If your payment is pending, please wait until it is confirmed by your app store or payment system.
- If the payment has been completed**,** but your Membership is still not reflected, proceed with the steps below.
2. Try logging in again
If you’re on the app:

Delete the Manta app from your device.

Restart your phone.

Reinstall the Manta app from the App Store or Google Play.

Sign in again using the correct account.
