If you're trying to log into Manta but cannot do so because you no longer have access to that login method, you must delete your old account completely in order to create a new one!
Firstly, before you delete your account, please be sure to cancel any Membership that may be active under your account. You can cancel your Membership directly through your app store.
If you signed up on the Manta website, please refer to this link (How do I cancel my Membership?) and cancel your Membership on the Manta web!
Alternatively, you can also cancel your Membership with a Windows PC device by following the directions below:
- Cancel Manta Membership for App Store purchases (PC Windows)
- Cancel Manta Membership for Google Play Store (PC Windows)
Once your Membership is cancelled, you can delete your account.
After you have deleted your account, you can create a brand new one. We'll be waiting!
