If you're trying to log into Manta but cannot do so because you no longer have access to that login method, you must delete your old account completely in order to create a new one!
Firstly, before you delete your account, please be sure to cancel any subscription that may be active under your account. You can cancel your subscription directly through your app store.
If you subscribed on the Manta website, please refer to this link (How do I cancel my subscription?) and cancel your subscription on the Manta web!
Alternatively, you can also cancel your subscription with a Windows PC device by following the directions below:
• Cancel Manta subscription for App Store purchases (PC Windows)
• Cancel Manta subscription for Google Play Store (PC Windows)
Once your subscription is cancelled, you can delete your account.
After you have deleted your account, you can create a brand new one. We'll be waiting!
