We’ll explain step-by-step how to switch to another Membership plan.
To switch plans
- Login to your account on the Manta app or web
- Please access the same platform you used when you started your Membership. (If you started your Membership via the app, you can switch plans via the app. If you started your Membership via the web, you can switch plans via the web.)
- Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the Manta app
- Click on the box showing your current plan (ex: Standard 1 Month)
- Click on the "Manage Membership" button
- Click on the purple “Switch plans” button.
- Select the plan you want to switch to.
- Confirm by clicking on the purple “Upgrade now” or “Switch plans” button.
- Finalize your payment in the pop-up.
- Based on the current plan you have and the plan you’re switching to, the change will either take place immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle.
Switch is effective immediately when:
- Switching from a Standard 1 Month or 3 Month plan to a Premium plan.
- Switching from a Standard 1 Month or 3 Month plan to a Standard 12 Month plan.
In the case of immediate switches, your current Membership will be automatically canceled, and the remaining Membership days will be refunded accordingly. Upon upgrading, you will immediately receive the benefits of your new Membership.
Switch goes into effect at the start of the next billing cycle when:
- Switching from a Standard 12 Month plan to a Premium plan
- Switching from a Standard 12 Month plan to a Standard 1 Month or 3 Month plan
- Switching from a Standard 3 Month plan to a Standard 1 Month plan
- Switching from a Standard 1 Month plan to a Standard 3 Month plan
- Switching from a Premium plan to any Standard plan (12 Month, 3 Month, 1 Month)
