Looking to cancel your Membership? You can do so by following the directions below.
Please note:
- Signing out of your account or deleting the Manta app alone will not cancel your Membership.
- Per our payment terms, your Membership will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Even if you cancel your Membership before your renewal date, you will still have access to your Membership through the end of your billing cycle.
- If you started your Membership on the web, you should also cancel your Membership on the web.
For Membership throughPayPal
- Log in to the Manta Web.
- Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the gray box showing your Manta Membership plan (ex: Standard 1 Month).
- Click on the “Manage Membership" button.
- Click on the "Cancel Membership" button at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the purple "Cancel Subscription" button that pops up if you’re sure you want to cancel!
- You’re all set! Click on the purple "Close" button to finish the cancellation process.
For Membership through Stripe
Once again, if you started your Membership on the web, you must cancel your Membership on the web, not the app!
- Please note that Day Membership tickets cannot be canceled nor refunded once they have been activated!
- Log in to the Manta Web
- Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the page
- Click on the "Manta Standard 1 Month" banner
- Click on the purple “Manage" button
- Click on the "Cancel Membership" button
- Click on the purple "Cancel Membership" button that pops up if you’re sure you want to cancel!
- After choosing to cancel the Membership, a pop up will appear asking for the reason for cancellation (answerable by multiple choice)
- Click Continue to cancel.
- Not canceled yet! Finish on Stripe!
- Click "Go to Stripe"
- In the Stripe Subscription management page”, select "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation.
- You will receive a receipt from Stripe regarding your Subscription being successfully canceled.

If you can't seem to cancel your Membership with the methods listed above, you will need to cancel your Membership with your billing company.
