Don't see an option to cancel your subscription? This could be for two main reasons:
1. Cancellations can only be done through the original app store or web system where you paid your Membership fee.
For example, if you used an Android device to start your Manta Membership, you must cancel your Membership through Google Play Store. If you used an Apple device to start your Manta Membership, you must cancel your Membership through the App Store.
If you started your Manta Membership on the website, please refer to this link (How do I cancel my Membership?) and cancel your Membership on the Manta web.
If you no longer have the original device that you used to purchase your Manta Membership with, you can cancel with a Windows PC by following the directions below:
- Cancel Manta Membership for App Store purchases (PC Windows)
- Cancel Manta Membership for Google Play Store (PC Windows)
2. You are not logged in with the correct Google Play Store or App Store account that you originally started your Manta Membership with. Please go to your respective app store, sign out of your current account, and try signing in with a different account.
