   The Premium plan is available for $8.99/month on Manta Web, compared to $9.99/month in the app. This lower Web price is an ongoing benefit available to everyone, including existing app members who switch their payment platform to Manta Web. Members who purchase the Premium plan through Manta Web can save up to $12 per year compared to app pricing.

   Who can get this benefit?

   • Members with a Premium plan on Manta Web will automatically receive the lower Web price of $8.99/month starting from their next billing cycle.
   • Members with an active plan in the app can switch their payment platform to Manta Web and receive the Web price. Switching options may vary by platform. Please refer to the FAQ section below for details.

    

2. Limited-Time Promotion: Start the Premium Plan for $4.99

   This promotion is available only to first-time members with no previous Membership history. During the promotional period, eligible members can start the Premium plan for $4.99 for the first month when purchasing through Manta Web. After the first month, the plan renews at the standard Web price of $8.99/month unless canceled.

    

3. Limited-Time Promotion: More Extra Gems with Any Gem Bundle Purchase

   This promotion is available to all members with an active Membership plan who purchase Gem bundles through Manta Web during the promotional period. How to Switch to Manta Web

Already have the Premium plan through the app? Depending on your platform, you may be able to switch your billing platform to Manta Web and take advantage of Web pricing.

iOS users

Due to App Store restrictions, switching from an active iOS plan to a Web plan is not available during an active billing period. Please refer to the FAQ section below for more information.

• Step 1. Go to Manta Web
  • Sign in to your Manta account on the Web.
• Step 2. Open Manage Membership
  • Select More, then Manage Membership.
• Step 3. Select Switch Plans
  • Choose Switch Plans.
• Step 4. Select the Premium plan
  • Choose the Premium plan and complete your purchase through Manta Web.

   Yes. The Premium plan purchased through Manta Web is available for $8.99/month, compared to $9.99/month in the app. Additional Web promotions may be offered for a limited time.
    
2. Is the $4.99 first-month offer available to everyone?
   No. The first-month offer is available only to members with no previous Membership history. If you've previously had a Membership plan on either the app or Web, the standard Web Premium plan price of $8.99/month applies.

   No. The promotion is available to any member with an active Membership plan who purchases Gems on Manta Web during the promotional period. The amount of extra Gems varies by Membership plan and bundle size.
    
4. (iOS users) How can I switch from an iOS app plan to a Web plan?
   Switching from an active iOS app plan to a Web plan is not supported during a billing cycle. Please cancel your current app plan and wait until the Membership period ends. You can then start a new Membership on Manta Web.
    

5. (Android users) If I switch from an Android app plan to a Web plan, will the unused portion be refunded?
   Yes. Your plan switches immediately. Any unused portion of your previous app plan is refunded according to Google Play policies.

   Refunds are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play policies.

   Switching from an app Premium plan to a Web Standard plan takes effect after the Premium plan expires.
    

6. I have a 12-month Standard plan. Can I switch to the Premium plan?
   If you're an Android user, you can switch immediately using the process described above. Any remaining Membership period will be calculated and refunded according to Google Play policies. If you're an iOS user, please contact us through the Help Center for assistance.
