Don't see an option to cancel your subscription? This could be for two main reasons:
1. Cancellations can only be done through the original app store or web system with which you made your subscription payment.
For example, if you used an Android device to make your Manta subscription, you must cancel your subscription through Google Play Store. If you used an Apple device to make your Manta subscription, you must cancel your subscription through the App Store. Also, if you subscribed on the Manta website, you must cancel your subscription on the web, not the app.
If you no longer have the original device that you used to purchase your Manta subscription with, you can cancel with a Windows PC by following the directions below:
2. You are not logged in with the correct Google Play Store or App Store account that you originally purchased your Manta subscription with. Please go to your respective app store, sign out of your current account and try signing in with a different account.
